The Aseer province, situated in the southwest of Saudi Arabia, is renowned for its mesmerizing mountains, lush landscapes, and awe-inspiring panoramas. The province derives its name from the tribe that calls this region home, adding to its cultural significance.
In May 2021, Husaak proudly opened its first base in the province, nestled within the town of Tanomah at an impressive altitude of 2000 meters above sea level. In collaboration with the Aseer Development Authority, Husaak has upgraded its center in 2023 and expanded its offerings for the Summer season.
The newly upgraded adventure center provided a wide range of outdoor experiences that allowed visitors to immerse themselves in the incredible and rugged terrain of Aseer. From hiking through captivating trails, kayaking on serene waters, mountain biking, abseiling or on a thrilling gravity cart tour. Husaak had something for everyone.
Husaak opened the first hostel in Saudi Arabia. Perfect for friends and solo travelers, the hostel offered separate male-only and female-only dormitories equipped with bunk beds. Travellers enjoyed the convenience of Wi-Fi access, clean bed linens, showers and bathrooms.
Please note: The center has paused daily operations for Winter and will reopen in May 2024. The site will still continue to welcome schools, corporate events and private groups of 20 persons or more.
