The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is investing in the tourism sector in line with 2030 Vision. The reality is that tourism industry today is still underdeveloped and lacks trained talents to fulfill the vision. The Husaak Academy hopes to fill this gap in the tourism industry.

In 2016, Husaak started its internship program. Since then, many trainees completed the internship model and got a taste what the adventure tourism life looks like. In 2022, we are happy to announce the launch of the Husaak Adventure Academy. The program will be divided into two modules, 3 months each.

Model 1 (3 Months) – Basic Outdoor Guide Training

Focus: Understanding tourism as an industry and understanding the operational and administrative risks.

Training covers a wide range of topics, including:

·      Navigations basics.

·      Desert 4x4 survival.

·      Wilderness First Aid Certification.

·      Leave no trace training.

·      Energy Management.

·      Adventure tourism – Understanding and managing risks.  

Model 2 (3 Months) – Advanced Technical Guide Training

Focus: Acquiring the technical skills necessary for safe guiding in adventure tourism.

Training courses with Logbook include:

·      Trekking Leader training.

·      Anchor systems training.

·      Belaying support training.

·      Water rescue.

·      Via Ferrata Guide.

·      Abseiling-Independent training.

·      Basic Canyoning.

وكن جزء من الفريق الريادي للسياحة الخلوية في الجزيرة العربية

يعد الاستثمار في قطاع السياحة في المملكة ركيزةً من ركائز رؤية ٢٠٣٠، لكن عندما ننظر اليوم إلى قطاع السياحة، نجد أنه ما زال متأخرًا وفي حاجة ماسة لقوات مدربة وماهرة لتحقيق هذه الرؤية؛ لذلك تطمح أكاديمية هوساك للقيادة لسد هذه الفجوة في سوق عمل السياحة.
في عام ٢٠١٦، أطلقت هوساك برنامج تدريب، ومنذ ذلك الحين أكمل الكثير تدريبهم وتذوقوا طعم العمل في مجال المغامرات.

والآن في عام ٢٠٢٢، يسعدنا أن نطلق أكاديمية هوساك للقيادة التي ستحوي وحدتين رئيسيتين، كل وحدة مدتها ٣ أشهر.

الوحدة الأولى (٣ أشهر) – التدريب الأساسي الخلوي

بتركيز على: فهم طبيعة قطاع العمل السياحي عمومًا وفهم المخاطر التشغيلية الإدارية.

التدريب سيغطي العديد من المواضيع، أبرزها:

مقدمة في الملاحة.

الدفع الرباعي الصحراوي.

الإسعافات الأولية الخلوية.

تدريب لا تترك أثر.

إدارة الطاقة.

سياحة المغامرات – فهم وإدارة المخاطر.

الوحدة الثانية (٣ أشهر) – التدريب المتقدم للإرشاد الخلوي

بتركيز على: التدريب المتخصص في الإرشاد والسلامة لرحلات المغامرات.

التدريب سيتم باستخدام دفتر التدوين وسيتضمن:

التدريب القيادي للحركلة.

تركيب المرتكزات.

دعم المتسلقين.

الإنقاذ المائي.

إرشاد فيا فراتا.

تدريب على الصعود بالحبال.

مبادئ استكشاف الأودية.
